Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 medium
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Salt - As per taste
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Method
- Boil water with salt and turmeric. Once water boils, switch off the stove and keep the florets inside this water covered. After 10 mins, drain water completely.
- Mix curd, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Heat kadai with oil enough to deep fry.
- Dip and deep fry the florets untill golden brown and crisp in hot oil in medium flame.
